It is very easy to deploy the software to client computers in your enterprise or organization. It worked in MS Word 2000 (I had to go back from MS Word 2003). If you are used to the old interface (main menu, standard and formatting toolbar), sometimes it is very difficult to locate the command item which you want to process. It makes Word 2010 look like 2003, XP and 2000. It shows classic menus and toolbars on the ribbon of Microsoft Word 2010, and brings back the classic view and old interface. Neither of which have a call line for immediate assistance. With Classic Menu for Word 2010, you will enjoy the old look of Word 2003, XP (2002) and 2000. See NO Gutenburg references anywhere in any settings in my editor for me to switch off.īluehost says this isn’t them, they suggest WordPress or the theme (Newspaper) support. Considerable amount of work to convert pages to tagDiv and have my first client review stuck. Pages developed by classic editor can’t be edited now and those I edited with the tagDiv Compaser are now locked to that plugin. Went to template settings and turned all pagebuilder sidebars off, no luck. Where I normally access the elements under my page template > General tab says I cannot use a pagebuilder sidebar? I never tried to use one, the page(s) are just enforcing it. Disabled just about every plug-in I have, including Yeost SEO as mentioned in this thread, no luck.

HTML code in all views and no ability to correct them, forces me to go to tagDiv Composer which I’ve turned off (no luck). (This just started within the last few days) Blog posts are fine, it’s the pages that are totally unusable. Hoping that this forum is checked regularly? Having a work stoppage issue with classic editor, as in it’s gone completely.

This is really frustrating.Īnyone else having this problem and know how to fix it? Am I just missing something? I really am not savvy with these things so once I found my role with classic editor, I was good to go. I am losing a lot of time trying to figure these things out when the classic editor was working perfectly for me, now I can’t even get that working. I go in this morning to start a new post and now the only options are visual composer and Gutenberg editor and neither is letting me type anything other than the title. I finally had enough so I installed the classic editor. Since I couldn’t just drag and drop pictures either, I kept having to go into the HTML editor and having to cut and paste images that way. I couldn’t even add images without the cursor jumping to the top of the page and adding pictures in the wrong places. I installed the plug in last night for classic editor because the new editor was an absolute nightmare.
